outside pull needs to match inside handle

Client needs outside pull to match inside as she has great difficulty getting a hold of the small outside pull. The current handles are on 4" centers, outside pull handle is the female for the bolts passing thru interior latching handle.

Hello there. I believe our 82-030 could replace this handle set, as it has a very similar design and features a hole spacing of 3-15/16". Unfortunately the outside pull is not sold separately. I apologize for the inconvenience.
