How to remove and also to install Nylon Sliding latches. The length is ~3.5 inches and the width as shown in the figure is ~1/2 inch. Please let me know what would be the right part number and where to buy it.

Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to say that I am not familiar with your storm window latches. To identify the best possible replacement, I'll need to see a photo of your existing latches removed from the window. I'll need to know the dimensions of the latch, especially the thickness.
