owens corning generation windows

Question

Having a problem with parts for my windows, right after installation I was advised that Owen Corning stop production of windows after I had paid a more of this system. Looking for both brake block and spiral rods. The rods are orange and 25" long. But I can't get the block out of the window, don't see any opening to side out.

The balance might be our S600-25 with a red tip. Check it out and see if that looks familiar. The shoe looks similar to our 15-178. Just compare the dimensions we show to your own. Check out the video below on the best method of removing pivot shoes.
