I need to replace these as the accumulation of pain makes closing and opening my casement windows very difficult. Please let me know the price, name of item, and how long to receive it. I will need about 2 dozen.

Hello,

The part shown in your photos resembles the 38-089 casement window keeper shown below. This part is used with the 38-075 sash lock. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to your part. Thanks for posting!
