Hi, the screw which connects the operator arm to the window arm ??? has broken off and I cannot unscrew the head it is rusted on.The remainder of screw is in arm. No part numbers I see a 91 on pivot head Please, I need new part and connecting screw and strength to take off rusty head

Pan Am windows often use our 39-016 and 39-017 Pan Am Operators, but not always. One of the key things that determine what awning operator you need is the mounting hole pattern: how many are on top and bottom of the operator. I can't tell this from your photos, so I'd look over the pictures we show for this set to confirm these match what you need. For new fasteners, I recommend our 33-067 shoulder screw, 33-207 bushing, and 33-081 installation screw.

please advise this replacement part,with all the 4 installation shoulder and bushing . You can the broken screw still inbedded in the arm. Many thanks

Thanks for these photos. Based on these pictures I feel pretty confident the 39-017 is what you want. Just go over all the dimensions to absolutely confirm this.
