pan am windows will not stay open

A handy person from Englewood Florida says:
I have a 1976 vintage FL home with single pane PanAm awning windows. The problem is several windows will not stay up when cranked fully closed. The proper closing panes snug up & under the panes when the operator is given the final 1/4 turn. I have three that sag down on one side when fully closed. Do you sell the "short screws" /bushing hardware for these windows? I've looked for videos and can't seem to find anyone who has created a "how to" solution. Thanks ! Ed

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hey Ed. We do sell the 33-067 Should Screw and the 33-207 Bushing, which are used with the 39-016 and 39-017 Pan Am Operators. That said, even though you have Pan Am windows I can't be absolutely certain this is what you need without seeing pictures, as this type of hardware can vary a lot even when you know the manufacturer, so pictures of what you need would be best to confirm.

A handy person from Englewood Florida says:
Thank you Bob. Those screws and bushings look like what I'll need. I'll have to get pictures but those stubby screw is what they have. We replaced the crank operators with Swisco operators and they work great.
