What holds part # 39-529 to the operator

What holds the arm to part number 39-529. There is a pin on the arm but the arm keeps falling off part # 39-529.

The pin at the end of the operator arm should be all that's necessary. The 39-529 just pops on and should stay in place. If yours keeps falling out, it's possible that either the track slider is worn out, or the pin itself.
