part R-40-28 replacement

I am looking for a rear clamp that holds the drawer on the wood runner. Part of the plastic has broken off. Patten number is 3,201,187.

It is 2 1/4 inches by 1 3/4 inches.

Manufacture is Ronthor Reiss Corp NYC

Please help me find the part and let me know how to pay for it and have it mailed to me in Gold River, CA
