part for sliding door handle

Question

This is the part that attaches to door handle on one side and to the door on the other.The dimensions are just under 7" x 1 1/4.

I found some numbers somewhere and wrote them down but can't find where I got them from, It says Sept 10, 2007 and then the numbers 885246 001. I can't see who the manufacturer is.

This looks like the base piece off of an older version of our 82-080 handle set. We don't sell the base piece, but you may be able to use the 82-080 to repair your door. I'm just not 100% sure that it's a match since I can't see the rest of your handle set. Look it over and let me know what you think.
