looks like a 26" Series 385 Channel Balance

on the metal it says......26 4 HX CMC 11

ca u tell me which replacement part I need? thanks

Hello,

The stamp number on your balance tells us the spring strength required to keep your window up but does not tell us the balance that you need since it is not a part number. If your end attachments match up to the S385, that may very well be what you need but we can't confirm that without a picture of the balance removed from the window. You'll also want to check the length of your metal channel since it should measure 27" if you have an S385.

Make sure the depth of your bottom attachment measures 1-3/32" as shown below since the S380 and S385 are very similar besides their end attachments.
