part identification for non tilt channel balance

Just needed to mention "Great Web site"
Im seeking the correct channel balance part numbers?
Sending pics, with a stamp number of
#26 4 KW CMC 7
I have done some research on your site, and I'm pretty sure i have identified the top and shoe parts I have as,
Top.....#19-005
Shoe....#15-004
I have 27" channel
weight of bottom non tilting window is 20-21 lbs.
Like i mention I think I know what channel balance I need, but want to ask the professionals before ordering....

Thanks for posting! Based on the parts you mentioned, our S385-27 would be a good match. I can't tell for sure, though. The only way to confirm what balance you have is to compare the dimensions of your nylon attachments to those that come with the Series 385 channel balance.
