Thanks for reaching out to us. At first glance, your balance shoe appears to match our 15-195B. Look it over and see if you agree. Take note that the body is one solid piece; sometimes these have indentations on the front that work in a different style channel. I can't tell from these photos whether yours has such an indentation, so make sure to check that before you buy anything.

As for the lock, I feel confident that we will have a good match, but I can't make out your precise dimensions from just a photo of a ruler. Before I recommend anything I will need you to carefully measure the hole placement and write out what you get for me to review. I specifically need to know the hole spacing, center-to-center, and the distance between the center of the holes to the back edge of the lock.

We don't have anything with a 3/4" backset, unfortunately. I would say the closest we have is the 90-278, but the backset here is 11/16", which is 1/16" off. I would triple check that just to be sure.
