Thanks for posting! Your casement window operator appears to be the 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator. The opposite handed version is the 39-031. To confirm that these are the right fit for your window, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

These operators are compatible with the 39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover as well as the 39-114L Crank Handle or the 39-205 Truth Folding Crank Handle. Another option is the 39-107FK Truth Folding Handle and Cover Kit.
