We can help with this. We would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel. 

Can you measure the depth of the bottom shoe as well and tell us what you get?

Thanks for getting back to us! With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-24 or S385-24 channel balance. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. Based on the shoe measurement you provided, you'll most likely need the S385 but make sure to confimr since, unfortunately, we are not able to make our exact dimensions from photos.
