Hi,i just received two channel balance,now i notice the plastic part,which is screwed to the side of roling windows are broken too,i do not know the name to orderd it,this plastic pice is atached to the top of sliding parts of windows and get engaged to the channel balance,pls help me

Thanks for posting! It appears that this piece is damaged. Is it possible for us to see a picture of an undamaged top sash guide? Could you also give us detailed dimensions? Thank you.

Hi, thanks for responding,you were right part is broken,i removed the other window and took some pics from the good one,this part is attached to top of sliding part and get engaged with channel balancer,is one and half inches tall and half inche width,pls if you can idrntify the part send me the part number and name to order it,thanks alot

Thanks for getting back to us. These pictures are exactly what we needed! Now, it's hard to say without more detailed measurements, but take a look at our 18-166 Kinco Top Sash Guide. This appears similar to your own hardware. Please compare its dimensions to your own top sash guide and let me know how they compare.
