The arm length on the 39-280 is 3-1/4". The center of the hole to the center of the rivet is 2-1/2". Take note that as long as the arm length is close to yours, and assuming all the other dimensions match up, it should work. This kind of operator has a certain amount of travel in the linkage that should make up the difference.
