part number for pivot lock shoe on vinyl window ( see included photo)

Please help me find the part number for a pivot lock shoe and spring from an older vinyl window (see attached photo).
I think the part number on the window is H240523911

This looks like an older version of our 15-192 Pivot Shoe. You may need to reuse the old nylon cam in place of the metal one in the new shoe, to ensure pivot bar compatibility. This system uses Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. See the video below.
