Your photos resemble the ROTO 39-091 and 39-092 Short-Arm Operator. I am afraid ROTO no longer makes the link arm that connects the operator's base arm to the window sash, so you'll need to reuse the original link arms if possible. For a compatible handle, see the 39-224 sold separately.

As for the hinges, take a look at the 36-048 set and see if the 10" long base matches yours. Thanks for posting!
