It stopped working. Had it removed to measure for replacement. Once it was out the latch worked fine. it works out of door but once handle is secured interior door handle blocks thumb latch. thumb latch must be bent out of shape since 1981. I am happy to replace the whole thing if thumb latch cannot be replaced. I looked at measurements on your website and nothing seems to match

Thanks for posting. Based on your top picture, this looks like it could be a Pella door. Can you confirm? If so, take a look at our 82-252 or 82-253 turn levers. These are made for Pella patio glass door. See if you door has the name "Pella" anywhere. One of these turn levers could be just what you need.
