part spiral unit

hi
please see pics spiral balance old alu window 1992
it is 28" long, dia is 0.36"
i am looking for two units with the shoe shown on the picture. it looks like orange end cap. do I need special tool to install it back. I ll buy one set and if it works I have a bunch of window to repair
the bottom shoe is 1.89 high, 0.95 wide, 0.35 thick
the end of the spiral is broken, but it has two small tits

Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-045 shown below, which is commonly used with the 3/8" diameter Series 900 spiral balance. You would also need a red tip option to support a 10-22 pound sash. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
