Hello there!

We can help supply replacements for this kind of balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. I'll just need more information so I can get this moving for you. Can you write out the length of the metal channel for your balances? They should end in a 7/8" increment. We will also need you to weigh the sash for each of the different balances so that we can re-calibrate the spring strength. Lastly, can you tell me how many of each balance you're looking to purchase?

I found additional markings will these help, or do we still need to have them custom made?

These do help, yes! However, this will still have to be a custom order due to the configuration of your balance. It has a pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel which can't be replaced by any stock balance.

Can you confirm the number of balances you'd like to order for each? I can draft a price quote once I know that.

Thanks for confirming! I've just emailed you an order link for your requested quantity. Please note that the 3130 stamped balances are in stock, but there is a 5-6 week lead time for the 1320 stamped balances.

If you do not want to wait 5-6 weeks for the 3130 balances, please let me know and I can send you two separate order link emails. This will require two separate orders and shipping costs.
