Hello! Your pivot shoe appears to match our 15-180, which is designed to work with the Series 190 spring. Please review these parts and let me know if you had any questions!

That is a 15-186 Coil Spring Clip, as well as a 15-182 Balance Bushing. These work with the Series 190 Coil Springs. The only way to know what new springs you need is to look for the stamp on the springs. If there is none or you are uncertain, give us the exact weight of the window sash and we'll work it out for you.
