Looks like you need a new awning window operator. This design is a little strange, though. I'm not sure if we have it.

Before I recommend anything, would it be possible to see the operator removed from the window, and without the white cover, so that I can see the whole mechanism without obstruction? That will allow me to determine whether we sell a compatible replacement. Thanks!
