Your tilt latch resembles the 26-408 pair. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to confirm it's a match.

If you need new coil balances as well, we should be able to help but we'd need to see photos of the coils and housing pivot fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
