parts currently in the window

A home owner from North Carolina says:
These photos may not be the best!

Could not find numbers or names or markings. These parts are what help the window go up and down. the strings & the metal cylinders are no longer tight.

If you can not make out the items in these photos I will try to get a different angle

Thanks for posting. It looks like you need to replace your channel balances. We can help you with this, but we need to see them out of the window. Could you measure the length of the metal channel, not including the end attachments? Could you also photograph any end attachments, as well as the stamp code on the balance? From there, we'll try and recommend what you might need. Many thanks.
