parts needed

Question

I'm looking for parts for Jordan windows. I'm not sure what goes wrong with these but this window doesn't seem to capture the balancer.

Can you tell from the blurred picture what I have? The markings are 27 2 and the metal is 28 inches

Sometimes the window can be closed and the balancer will remain up, jammed between window and frame or the window does seem to go down fully and is hard to lock?

Curious if there is parts to repair, nothing seems broken..these windows have had shutters added (to the exterior wall) so I can not remove the window completely..but I can get at the balancers

Surprisingly, these are actually great photos! A little blur doesn't bother us, and you showed exactly the parts we need to see.

You have a 1-1/8" shoe. You can check that, but like I said, you showed us a great view of the shoe in your bottom photo, and it looks pretty thick. The 1-1/8" shoe belongs to Series 390 . For a 2720 stamp, you need S390-28 and the 2720 weight option.

Finally, check your top sash guides. They seem to be broken. See if you can find them and replace them.
