Thanks for your posting! This coil shoe reminds me of the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. It is used along with the Series 190 Coil Balance, which is attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw. As you've inquired about, you would need the S190-440 since the sash weighs closer to 8lbs.

The compatible support is the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip and the 15-182 Balance Bushing.
