Thanks for writing in! The casement operator most often associated with the stamps you've provided are the 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operators. To confirm that these are the correct replacements for your repairs, you'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

Thanks for the additional photos. I believe you may need to double check the dimensions on the operator. To do so, you'll need to remove the screen and compare the dimensions as shown on the diagram above. The longer arm should measure 10-3/4" when detached from the bottom of the window; the only difference should be in the smaller link arm. Please let me know.
The part in the first photo appears to be a 4-Bar Hinge, which is completely separate from the operator itself. I'm happy to recommend a replacement for this but I'll need to know the measurement for the length of the track that attaches to the window sill.
