parts for casement windows

Question

Hi there. I need to replace these parts on 4 windows in total.
Please advise. As you can see on the picture the mechanisms are completely ripped off the original opening. I can send you more pictures if needed. All together I have 2 right hand windows and 2 left hand windows. Thank you!

Hello,

The operator shown in your photos resembles the 39-089 or 39-187. The only difference is the zig-zag arm that connects the 5" arm to the operator. The 39-089 has a longer zig zag arm than the 39-187. It is easier to see the zig zag arm by viewing the operator from the back. Take a look and compare the specifications below to yours. Also, see the 36-048 hinge set with a 10" base.

We offer the 39-091 and 39-092 sash locks that resemble yours but the determining factor would be how the measurements compare.

I can't be sure if we can supply your tie bars based on your photos. We would need to see the entire bar showing if it uses round or cone-shaped rollers, as well as have you write out the exact length of your tie bars. We do carry tie bar guides like the 39-448 if needed. Thank you.
