parts: pivot bar, pivot shoe and spiral balance

Question

Have a window and want parts: pivot bar, pivot shoe and spiral balance for my window.
I don't have the make but the model number is 6830.
The glass was cracked and water going in rusted the pivot bar and pivot shoe completely.
I also want to replace the frosted glass as the window is in the bathroom.

Hello!

This looks like a spiral balance for a tilt window. If that's the case, see either our Series 900 (3/8" diameter tube) or Series 600 (5/8" diameter tube).

As for the pivot bar and pivot shoe, we'll need to see an undamaged version removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We will also need to know the thickness and width of your pivot shoe. We carry many and that will help us narrow down your options.
