parts question (Casement operator says Entry Gard Truth)

Question

When I attempt to close window I end up with the handle and handle cover in my hand. It opens fine. Casement operator says Entry Gard Truth. Numbers on closer includes 20810 and 31538A. Can I just adjust it or do I need a new part. The handle cover is slightly cracked, but I don't need a new one. The handle seems fine? Please advise and thank you in advance for your advice and assistance. It appears online if I can fine the correct dual arm operator?

We want to start off by letting you know that this complete operator will need to be replaced. On the handle of your operator, you will notice that the worm gear also tagged along when it came off of the operator. When that happens, it means the operator is no longer operable. That said, see our 39-031 window operator for consideration. Compare the measurements of the arm of your operator marked with "20810" with ours. It should measure 4-7/16". Moving along to the accessories. For the operator cover, see our 39-107. If you would also like to change the handle, our 39-114L would make a good choice. If you decide to want the type of handle that folds, see our 39-205.
