pat# 4930739 Back bracket that snaps into a small metal wall mount

The nob on the back of my drawer slider bracket snapped off. I do not have a picture of this bracket. The measurements are very close to these figures: nob to front-1 15/16", inside opening: top to bottom-15/16", top width-7/16", bottom width-5/16". I've looked all over for this and can not find it. Probably discontinued as the home is 25 years old. Are there replacements for this item? I would like to replace about 10-12 of these brackets. Thank you for your time.
