I have four broken kitchen drawer brackets with the above number stamped on them. How can I get a replacement. I do not have a photo but if you google it, the image will show up. It is a tan clip in piece that receives a drawer slide.

Hi, Steve. Patents describe the mechanism of the part, but do not specify a size. Can you send us the measurements of your part? In particular, how wide and how high is the "mouth," meaning the slot where the rail goes inside the bracket? We can find a bracket with the same size opening, and that will work for you.
