Thanks for posting. This old rod balance and its components are no longer made, but you should be able to replace it with our Series 775 Channel Balance. You will need to measure an undamaged balance rod to determine the correct length. Then you'll need to measure the width of the bottom shoe and also obtain the exact weight of the window sash to choose the correct stamp option.
