Thank you for reaching out to us. I recommend the 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" installation hole center spacing. The mortise lock is the 82-226. We don't have a direct match for the keeper, but the 89-020, 89-021, and 89-021D are compatible with the mortise lock. You'll have to measure the depth of the old keeper to confirm the best pick.
