patio door damage

Question

I have a sliding patio door that is difficult to open. A contractor repaired the door and tells me that the rollers do not fit. Can you tell me how to determine what rollers are needed?

Thank you for reaching out to us. The best match for your door will depend on the original rollers the door was intended to use. Do you have the original roller assembly we could see removed from the door? It may also be helpful if we could see the metallic AAMA sticker at the top of the track.
