I need a patio door handle without the offset my lock mechanism is in the center.

If your handle set has the same 3-15/16" hole spacing as the 82-086 you may want to consider our 82-030 handle set, which is compatible with the 82-310 key lock. Take a look and if you're still not sure, please send over some photos and dimensions of your original hardware. Thank you!
