patio door handle

i am not handy. my patio door handle made of pot metal (i think) broke. the wood patio door is about 1 3/4" thick. the center to center holes to attach inside to outside handles are 5" apart. my home is a 1976 precut capp home from evans products. the inside latch is 4" and the latch hole is 1" long. the distance from the center of the hole latch to the outside of the sliding door is 3/4". the size cannot be found at home depot or lowes or ace hardwear. with this information do you have a patio door replacement handle and hook latch?. any help would be appreciated. David
