Forgot to include the details of the sticker on the jam. It is hard to read. it says "product line 213-K-016"

Hello!

Take a look at our 82-080 or 82-081, if you prefer a keyed version. Carefully look over our dimensions and compare them to your original assembly to see how everything aligns.

Thank you! The measurements look good. I would like to upgrade to your keyed model(82-081). It is confusing though, is everything in the picture included? It shows it complete then offers some parts in addition?

The 82-081 is the complete handle set and includes installation fasteners. The mortise lock and striker are just sold separately. Let me know if that helps!

Hello!
I am actually looking for the same type product 213-k-016 as well with a lock, I was wondering if the previous homeowner in Edwardsville was successful in replacing there's?

Please advise.

PS My handles are identical to the photos and also have a brass finish.

I'm afraid we haven't heard back from the home owner from Edwardsville Ill if the parts we recommended worked for them or not. With that said, our 82-080 and 82-081 are the best options we have for the hardware pictured in this discussion thread. Compare our dimensions to yours to see if they match up to your original handle.
