patio door handle

Question

I'm looking for a door handle for my patio door. Thw length is 8 1/2 inches, center of hole to center of hole 3 7/8 inches. I think the 82-086 is the one but not sure. I bought one from you about 3 years ago. Its keyed. Hope you can help.
