I'm trying to find a specific door handle to replace. I've attached a photo.

Sure, I think you have an older version of our 82-080. Look it over and let me know if you agree.

Our version will fit the old holes, yes, though it's a lot skinnier. Nothing should be exposed, I just don't want you to be surprised when you see it.

Anyway to just buy the handle on its own? The rest of the handle and locking mechanism works.

I'm afraid not. The individual handles for the 82-080 kit are not available separately. Even if they were, they wouldn't fit on your older version because of the size difference.
