patio door handle and lock

A landlord from indiana says:
July 17, 2019

I have removed this part not much info it measures 7 1/4 long by not quite an inch wide. the lock mechanism itself has either 5378 or 5878. Not much help I know...I'm assuming these were installed in the mid to late 70's. Any help would be appreciated.
