Hello,

Take a look at our 82-035 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing and 82-218 mortise lock. If your door is 2-3/8" thick, then you may also want to consider our 82-086 but keep in mind that the thumb latch is fixed in a low position and can't be adjusted like the 82-035;
