CAN YOU IDENTIFY THIS AND WOULD NEED LEVER AND SPINDLE AS WELL

Unforutnately, we do not carry a replacement lock set for this kind of door. Our recommendation would be to contact a local locksmith for assistance with this project. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
