if you can provide identification, I will order some of these.  It's a latch, from inside a patio door.

I do not recognize this latch at first sight. To further review, are you able to provide pictures of the door frame that the latch installs into as well as the handle set it engages with? From there we can get a clearer idea if we can assist with a possible replacement option. Thank you!
