patio door lock isnt working

My patio door lock is not working. I am attaching the pictures. Please let me know the part I need for locking mechanism.

I'm not sure if your problem lies with the mortise lock or handle, but see our 82-218 and 82-035, respectively. This hardware appears to match what you have.
