patio door lock needed

Hello

Could you please help me with this patio door lock that needs replacement. It is the main lock and there is another lock mech about 25" above and 25" below. There is no name anywhere on the patio door

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-238 mortise lock to your assembly. Thanks for posting!
