I also couldn't find a source for the patio door roller you show in your photo. That bottom mounting tab is odd. 

The only thing we have that may work is just replacing the wheel and reusing your housing. Look at the 81-266 roller and axle kit along with the related video to see if this could be another way to repair you door.
