Can I replace the wheel of my 81-033 with 81-224??

I HAVE ROLLERS 81-033 CAN I GET WHEELS AND RIVET AXLES ?. OR DO I NEED TO BUY THE COMPLETE ASSEMBLY?

The rollers for 81-033 are riveted into the housing, rather than installed with an axle. That said, the 81-224 Wheel does match that assembly.
