patio door rollers

I am looking for some patio door rollers. Part is marked Del Mar Eng. Long Beach, CA Pat. 3,670,357. Overall length 2.3". Width 0.880" across locating dimples. Height is 1.2" and steel roller diameter is 1.25". Please advise as to availabilty and price (including any quantity breaks). Pictures attached. Thanks, Steve
